Ms Whelan's EEP

Hi again everyone, Our EEP students have been busy this term completing our projects about Poverty and Pollution. A new sub-group joins our EEP

Hi everyone, I am pleased to announce that we have a new sub-group of EEP called JEEP. That stands for Junior Enrichment and Extension Program. This group consists of students from Prep to Year 2 and we are all very excited about being part of the program. We began our sessions discussing the different forms of pollution that we know about: Air, water, land and noise. Ms Whelan's EEP projects

We have been working on our projects about pollution and poverty over the last few weeks. The students are working on several group and invidual projects which we are looking forward to sharing with you. These include: t-shirt designs, songs, picture books, TV adds, animations and posters. We have found out a great deal of information about pollution and poverty through our research and there are some important messages we would like to share with you all soon. Continue

Hi everyone, At our EEP session this week we discussed Poverty and Pollution and came up with our wonderings. Here they are: Pollution: • What causes the most pollution? • How could we stop pollution? • Why is there pollution? • Why do people throw rubbish on the ground? • Can pollution lead to fire? • Why do people smoke? • Why do people deliberately light bushfires? • What is the most polluted country in the world? • China burns paper, cell phones and houses.
